I need to get out and shoot something this week-end. I got a new D90 and I need to get out and play. Anyone got any suggestions about anything going on or a great place to shoot this Saturday? Pleezzzzzeeeee

My fingers went numb from doing this last night around 7pm...
But on the bridge that's at the intersection of central avenue and 7th street I took some long exposure nighttime shots of the city last night. I stopped when I noticed my fingertips couldn't feel the toggle switch to light up my LCD on my D80. I haven't gotten them off the camera yet, but from what I saw on the LCD I think they'll look nice. |

Go to Daniel Stowe and shoot the"Orchid Spectacular". They are open until 9pm Friday night. I went today to avoid the crowds. They had most of the Orchids out all ready. Here is a few shots from today,

I keep trying to get to the Carolina aviation museum. I've lived here since I was 12 never new there was one in Charlotte. By the way thanks Justin and Ted. I saw your photos on your sites. Thats how I found out. They have a Tomcat. So I am required to go shoot it. For some reason every time I am off the weather stinks.
