Introduction

Have been taking photos since the mid 70's, started with an Argus C3, progressed to several Pentax's and a Yashica Mat Twin Lens. Discovered the digital age with Olympus and now use an E-30, E-520 and Stylus 1030SW.

Current Experience Level?

Experienced and learning more daily! Photographed the 1975 Playmate of the Year as Candi and I went to high school together and I used her in ads for the school paper. Have been published by the AP years ago. Published on the Olympus Web site.

What is your favorite theme you photograph?

Nature/wildlife, sports and people.

What do you shoot with?

Olympus E-30 and E-520 with 12 - 60 SWD, 50 - 200 SWD, and 18 - 180 mm lenses; and Olympus Stylus 1030SW for underwater shots. FL50R with Gary Fong Diffuser.

What do you hope to get out of the group?

Chance to meet other photographers in the area, learn and improve abilities. Meet with others to go to interesting places to shoot. I guess you never visit local sites and seems there are some great locations here in the area, just found DSBG last weekend!
