  •  Hey Jeremy! I was clicking through the "introduce yourself" discussion and I see you are from Minnesota! Hiya! I was just introduced to this meetup group. We moved here from Minneapolis in 2002. Perhaps we'll run into each other sometime.

  •  Hi Jeremy! I took the lighting class in Charlotte a few weekends ago and you guys demonstrated with a beauty dish. I need one for a modeling shoot next week. Any brands/local retailers you recommend? Thanks!!!

  •  Hey Jeremy- I was looking at the Message Board and noticed in your summary under "Tell everyone about yourself" that you like high speed photography. My son, who currenty attends MIT, also has an interest (as well as many other interests!) and has posted his work on his website: www.trevorshp.com. He has also done some work with time lapsed photgraphy and that's on there as well.

  •  not your fault, I thought just knowing Reedy Creek Park would be enough. I never saw the reference to pavillion 7. The reminder said the Nature Reserve. I went there and the young lady did not know of any photog groups meeting there. How was it?

  •  Thanks for the info the other night on some programs to use for pictures. I'll have to check them out.
Looking forward to having more NClt Photo meetups. Maybe we can have one at the grand opening of Wegmans once they decide to come here.

  •  Jeremy, Nice to meet a bunch of you tonight. Also - thanks for links about the remote flash triggers mod. I might have to try that out!

  •  Jeremy, Sorry I haven't been able to make the gatherings.. been completely caught up with my drumSTRONG project. Would love to talk to the group about the event and invite all out on May 3rd & 4th. Let me know if we can coordinate a "photo op" @ drumSTRONG '08. Check out the site www.drumstrong.org and call when you get a min. [masked] Best, Scott

  •  alright, i will make a list... do i have to write it in blood? blah! blah!(insert vampire voice there).

    KD (Feb 18, 2008 2:33 PM)
  •  man that was a quick turn around in response time. are you sure you weren't just waiting for a shout from me? ha ha. well, i say a "little" meaning that i have no idea what offering help means to this group. i won't give blood as it is necessary for me to keep it all just so i can say i have it all.....(in some arena! ha ha). table top is a great thing. we would need people with light boxes, black lights, studio lights and there would be some cost for materials (like colorful papers and such)

    KD (Feb 18, 2008 9:46 AM)
  •  hey jeremy.. thanks for putting together the northside meeting. i may be a "little" willing to help with them in the future. you did a nice job.

    KD (Feb 18, 2008 9:29 AM)
  •  Thank you, I don't think I'll make it to this meetup, but I do hope to come to the next one as I learn how to use the website more and get more of my work organized :)

    Aldina (Feb 15, 2008 4:10 PM)
  •  After I had give it some thought, I figured that is what you were talking about. I have actually done that before and you can get some great lighting effects! Fun stuff.
