DESCRIPTION:Charlotte Photography Meetup Group\n\nAlright folks\, time for 
 a little action photography for a good cause! :-D\n\nSunday\, May 18th\, Ha
 bitat for Humanity is holding a Mud Volleyball Tournament here in Charlotte
 .  What could be more fun than playing some volleyball while getting caked 
 with that North Carolina red clay?!\n\nI've talked with the event organizer
  and we've come up with a win-win situation for all parties involved.  On o
 ur end\, those that choose to participate will take photos of the events (h
 e's specifically interested in the action during the games\, the peripheral
  events\, and shots of the winning teams)\, and then all involved will give
  me copies of those photos to give to Habitat for Humanity for promotional 
 use and to sell AT COST to the players and spectators involved (Habitat won
 't be allowed to make a profit on your images).  In return\, we'll be getti
 ng signed releases by everyone involved in the event (anyone that comes to 
 play OR watch has to sign a waiver\, and included in that waiver will be a 
 model release for our photographers).  As photographers we will be allowed 
 to use the photos for commercial purposes.  Also\, if you're interested\, y
 ou may include your time and images on a donation form to use as a tax writ
 e-off.  We give them images\, they let us use the same images for ourselves
 \, it's a win-win.  :-D\n\nThe event itself starts at 1\, though I'd ask th
 at we show up around 12 to get everything figured out and get setup shots a
 s well.  We'll also be asked to sign an 'Approved Photographers' list which
  will state that if you fail to get me/Habitat your photos\, the releases w
 ill be void to you.  The actual verbage for the release and approved photog
 raphers list will be written below.\n\nWe should all have a great time\, I 
 imagine there'll be some very cool photos from this event.  I myself will b
 e playing\, so I probably won't be taking many photos\, but I'll do what I 
 can to provide photo ops for all of you \;-) (read:  I like to dive...)\n\n
 Try not to wait too long to sign up\, I'd like to be able to give a decent 
 head count to the organizer as soon as I can.  I'm looking forward to seein

 this waiver/release you consent to be photographed and published\, authoriz
 ing that the photographs taken may be altered and/or published for any lawf

 roved Photographers List:\n"All images from each respective photographer sh
