Mike wants to take us on a walk to see the season from downtown. The streets are decorated and the trees are lit. Starting at Rock Bottom Brewery (Transamerica building) and heading down Tryon.

Based on the strobist instructions, we'll be a bit late as golden hour is about 4:15pm-5:15pm on that day. There may be enough ambient from the street lights to make up for it though.

I will be there at 4 in front of Rock Bottom for anyone who wants to start early - if you plan on meeting at 4 call me at 980-297-4022 - I don't wanna wait if no one is coming ;)

I'd say if you have the ability to go at 4:15... go for it!

I thought we could also try out some strobist style portraiture w/ tree lights and buildings as well.

What about starting at 4 pm Ted (& anyone else who wants to meet earlier)? Gives a few minutes to find something to shoot & set up.

Parking options: 7th street station (above Reid's) and several paved pay lots between 7th and 8th next to Dixie's tavern.
