In short, we are a group of fun folks who love photography and get together to share knowledge and learn from each other. Some are pros, some are advanced amateurs, some are just beginning, but we all love "painting with light."

CPMG is run primarily through the volunteer leadership. The leadership has grown over the years to encompass many of those who have a passion for teaching or helping others. The groups leaders work hard to produce content and outings that are enjoyable for all and try to listen closely to what the communities desires are.

The flow of the group starts with our monthly meetups that allow us to gather and discuss projects and possible outings or upcoming lectures and lessons. We flow that energy into our forums where we can all assist one another in finding an answer or growing an idea.

We are always looking for people who can share their experience, wisdom, war stories, and give some leadership big and small. If you have something from time to knowledge to share and need help finding how to plugin, post a note to our forums with an idea or contact us.

The group is also allowing other meetup groups or social groups to act as a training field for our group. A group gets some pictures, a photographer gets some experience, win-win.
