$42.00 a year
Why: Join us for a month. Attend a meetup, a walk, or event, before paying.
Meet fellow shutterbugs near you! Come to a Photography Meetup to talk about the latest gear, swap tips and techniques, share your images and stories, and have fun doing it!
From beginner to pro we welcome all brands and think that everyone can learn from each other. We have a group of great diversity and that brings out new perspectives.
Come to enjoy, learn, and participate, but leave your ego at the door.
Please note, we are not affiliated with any other area photography group. As far as we know we're one of the oldest and largest of the Charlotte regional groups.
We have rules and policies on group usage, we ask that you please become familiar with them before broadcasting to our group: http://meetup.charlottephoto.org/about/
We are a very friendly group with a few monthly meeting to gather and share lessons & tips, reports from our special interest groups, and a foundation for the month ahead. We encourage you to come if you can but if not find an event or meetup more central to you. We encourage everyone to participate to help make the group the best it can be. We're only going to be as good as our membership so your help is appreciated.
We offer a yearly dues for those who want to participate a little more often, or enjoy a few benefits we're able to work together. You are not obligated to join us as a supporting member. To read more on membership and it's benefits, http://meetup.charlottephoto.org/pages/Membership_and_Ben...![]()

This meeting's topic will be light. How add light with flash and how to make the light you have look the way you want it to. Please take a look at modules 3 and 4 in the 2 Peas in a Bucket series.
Also, please take the time to look over the modules we have discussed previously (1, 2, and 5) and do any activities they have and post them to the Beginners/Intermediate Flickr page. This is a great way to learn. Read more
